GRILLED CATFISH IN COCONUT CREAM

Ingredients:

500g Catfish
1pc white onion
3 stalks lemongrass
2 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp turmeric (luyang dilaw)
100g wing beans (cigarillas)
5 cloves garlic
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Thai patis

Procedure:

Grill Catfish. Set Aside. Saute garlic, onions, lemongrass, ginger and turmeric. Add coconut milk and let simmmer. Add grilled catfish, wing beans, patis, salt, & black pepper.
